Following its appointment by BDO, receivers of Strathcrown Ltd and administrators of Primeshore Ltd, to sell two residential and commercial property portfolios, Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has set a closing date of 12 noon on Wednesday 12 October with offers in excess of £2 million invited.
The Strathcrown portfolio comprises 12 traditional residential dwellings, partly let, in various Glasgow and Paisley locations. Whilst the preference is to sell the portfolio as a whole, consideration will be given to individual disposals.
The Primeshore portfolio comprises 17 one and two bedroom flats, partly let, in locations throughout Glasgow, as well as a retail unit at 628/630 Pollokshaws Road on the southside of the city and a restaurant at 23/25 Gibson Street in the West End.
The retail unit comprises the ground floor and basement of a four storey tenement building while the restaurant occupies part of the ground floor, basement and sub-basement of a traditional four storey tenement.
Steve Barnett, commercial partner at Shepherd’s Glasgow office, said: “This sale represents a tremendous opportunity for an investor to acquire an existing property portfolio, part income-producing, part vacant. The portfolios have already generated much interest and we are inviting prospective purchasers to submit offers for either both portfolios, a single portfolio or for individual properties.”
A data room has been set up with Dundas & Wilson solicitors to provide any interested parties with information prior to the closing date.
