J&E Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has been appointed by Perth-headquartered civil engineering and development company I & H Brown to market a substantial 10 acre site fronting the outer ring road Kingsway East in Dundee for sale.

Following its purchase of the site last winter from power industry multinational ABB, I&H Brown has undertaken extensive demolition, engineering and site preparation works to clear the land and make it ready for redevelopment.

“The clean, levelled site will be sold either in whole or in parts ready for re-development or my client will consider a mixed use development tailored to meet demand from prospective occupiers.

“The land can be developed for a variety of uses within Planning Classes 4, 5 and 6 though a wider range of uses such as car showrooms, wholesaling etc may also be permitted.”

The property is positioned on the west side of the Outer Ring Road (Kingsway East) some two miles north-west of Dundee city centre, opposite Kingsway East Retail Park, which includes Asda, B&Q, Wickes, Comet, Roseby’s and Harry Corry.
