J&E Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has been instructed by Persimmon Homes West Scotland to offer twin office pavilions situated directly opposite Hamilton Racecourse for sale or let.

Located at a high profile location on a main arterial route at 77 Bothwell Road, Hamilton, the two modern two storey office pavilions are connected by a single storey link section and are capable of being sold or let separately.
