Ian Fergusson, managing partner of Shepherd Chartered Surveyors, has been awarded a Fellowship of the RICS.

Commenting on his election, Fergusson said: “I’m delighted and honoured to have been awarded the designation of FRICS (Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)

The RICS awards fellowship in recognition of professional dedication, experience and achievements.

It offers a multi disciplinary property service to include valuation, commercial agency, building surveying, rent reviews, development and investment consultancy, rating and property management.
