Chartered Surveyor James Richardson, 32, who began his professional career at J&E Shepherd’s Dundee office before leaving for Graham & Sibbald, has returned to the fold by joining Shepherd’s Aberdeen office as an Associate Partner.
Commenting on his promotion, a delighted Mr Richardson said, “I’m very pleased to be returning to the fold at Shepherd. The return was prompted by the firm’s dynamism and fluidity – it’s a very progressive organisation.
“J&E Shepherd is a major player in the Aberdeen market and I was very keen to get on board and help build on that presence. And judging by the volume of enquiries within our office alone, it’s clear that the commercial property market in Aberdeen is very active at present”.
Welcoming Mr Richardson back to the firm, Chris Grinyer, Managing Partner at Shepherd and head of its commercial department in Aberdeen, said, “We’re delighted to welcome back James to the firm and know that he will be a great asset to our busy office here.”
J&E Shepherd, one of Scotland’s leading firms of chartered surveyors, valuers, property agents and managers, has been established for over 125 years and operates from a network of 28 offices throughout Scotland and over 75 locations throughout England and Wales.
