28 September 2006 First Phase at Mill Road Industrial Estate in Linlithgow Sold J & E Shepherd chartered surveyors have concluded the pre-purchase of eight industrial units at Jet Business Park to private investors in separate deals totalling nearly £1 million. As sole agent, J & E Shepherd’s commercial team has now disposed of almost 14,000 sq ft at the site on behalf of property developers Jet Construction. Jet Business Park, situated at Mill Road Industrial Estate in Linlithgow, offers investors, owner occupiers and tenants the opportunity to purchase or pre-let, high specification accommodation in an established industrial estate close to major transport links.
