Leading chartered surveyor J&E Shepherd has been appointed by Jet
Construction to market a new industrial development providing 38 high
specification industrial units to let or for sale at Jet Business Park,
Linlithgow Road, Bo-mains Industrial Estate, Bo'ness, West Lothian.

The development offers high specification industrial units ranging in size
from 80 sq m up to 288 sq m and ranging in price from £70,250 up to
£252,500 and rental value of £5,125 pa up to £18,450 pa.

Sandy Falconer of J&E Shepherd said, "Jet Business Park is set within a
well-established industrial estate at a central location affording good
transport links with access roads and parking provided. Incentives are
offered for purchasers/tenants who commit to purchasing or leasing the
units prior to construction, which is anticipated to start in October and
complete 18 months later.

recent successful range of advice to the client on acquisition of
development sites, advising on schemes that would match occupiers
requirements, management strategies and identifying suitable
tenants/purchasers to Jet Construction for a similar successful
development at Mill Road Industrial Estate, Linlithgow.
