Furthermore, we are working with Scottish Enterprise on the disposal of a substantial and diverse portfolio of commercial property assets ranging from large, potential development sites to small strips of land, throughout the West of Scotland, Borders, Tayside and Fife.

Each year we provide valuations for financial reporting purposes to Angus Council, on behalf of which we have also been appointed to negotiate the acquisition of land and other owners’ interests to facilitate the construction of the South Montrose Spine Road. Angus Council also appointed us to negotiate a variety of interests to facilitate the Arbroath Flood Defence Scheme improvements.
