as Shepherd sells former kennels in Bellshill for £100K |

| It might be a dog’s life for some,
but Shepherd Chartered Surveyors was clearly barking up the right
tree with its sale of former kennels in Bellshill, North Lanarkshire
for £100,000. Orbiston Kennels, at 320 Motherwell Road, Bellshill is situated on a substantial site with a residential house included. The premises are located to the east of Bellshill town centre on the southern side of Motherwell Road and are accessed via a private road opposite Calder Bridge Playing Fields in close proximity to the Holm Forge Bridge.
