J&E Shepherd, one of the largest independent firms of chartered surveyors in the UK, has appointed three new partners as part of a comprehensive management restructure following the appointment of George Brewster as senior partner at the end of last year.
The three partners – Martin Waite, Lachlan Macfarlane and Adrian Stott – will each oversee the firm’s residential property operations in the respective markets of Glasgow, Motherwell and Musselburgh.
Commenting on these latest appointments Mr Brewster said, “As housing valuation experts, our three new partners will continue to develop our excellent reputation across Scotland.
“These appointments, which take our total number of partners in the UK to 25, bolster our ability to deliver a comprehensive valuation service throughout the UK, from a network of 28 offices throughout Scotland and over 75 locations from two administration centres in England and Wales.”
Made in the wake of the opening of a new London City office, the three latest appointments follow three other appointments to partnership status at Shepherd announced last year when Steven Barnett and Niall Gunn were appointed as commercial partners for Glasgow and Edinburgh respectively, whilst Neil Thompson was appointed as a residential partner for Coatbridge.
J&E Shepherd offers a multi disciplinary property service to include valuation, commercial agency, building surveying, rent reviews, development and investment consultancy, rating and property management.
