Shepherd Commercial has been involved in the Falkirk area since the early 1990’s, when it was run by Ian Fergusson from the Stirling branch. Due to significant expansion, generated by strong client demand, the Falkirk office was opened in 1997.

Graeme McDonald was appointed to head up the building surveying department in 2003 while Sandy Falconer joined the Falkirk office in 2006 and has run the commercial department since 2009.

The Falkirk office covers the Falkirk District together with parts of West Lothian. Towns and villages serviced currently include: Falkirk; Grangemouth; Bo’ness; Linlithgow; Larbert; Stenhousemuir and Airth.
