J & E Shepherd expanded across the border into England and Wales opening on 2nd December 2002 from our Central Survey Operations Centre at Pride Park in Derby.
Subsequently due to expansion in Surveyor numbers and admin staff we relocated to Chetwynd Business Park at Chilwell in Nottingham in April 2005.
Expansion of the business in England, Wales and Northern Ireland has continued a pace and J & E Shepherd Chartered Surveyors now operates 62 surveyors across the main Cities and regional conurbations of the UK.
If you are a single private Client or a Corporate Client, then we are able to meet your individual or specific needs for personal service, quality of advice and local knowledge together with professional reporting and undertaking of duties as required for the main lenders, banks and building societies.
From our new purpose built Central Operation centre in Nottingham, we handle thousands of instructions per day, and manage our current 62 surveyors across England, Wales and Northern Ireland providing them with mortgage valuations, home condition reports, building surveys and work to suit our Clients and Lenders requirements.
