foot from the A761 with the A737 providing vehicular access within a close proximity.

section. The southern section is not readily accessible owing to the presence of the Black
Cart Water and A737.

Location
The subjects are located in Linwood, lying 7 miles west of Glasgow and benefitting from

vehicular access to Glasgow City Centre, whilst linking to the wider motorway networks
including the M8, M74 and M80. Johnston Railway Station is located within close

under the A737, which acts as the main vehicular thoroughfare between Glasgow and

Logistics and Arnold Clark Showroom. Glasgow Airport is situated approximately 2.5
miles from the subjects and is Scotland’s second busiest airport which saw 8.1 million
