Welcome to the Shepherd Commercial Property Auction September catalogue
We’re pleased to launch our latest auction catalogue of 25 commercial properties and development land located across Scotland going under the hammer in our live-streamed auction on Thursday 7th September.

Amongst the lots for sale are two areas of land in Linlithgow north and south of Almond Road being sold on behalf of Railway Paths Ltd. Guide prices are £3,500 and £8,500 respectively.
In Aberdeen is the former St Peter's Nursery at 137 Spital. Set in an attractive location within the historic Old Aberdeen Conservation Area and within walking distance of University of Aberdeen, the property offers potential for redevelopment subject to planning. The property has a guide price of £60,000.

Located at the edge of the semi-rural village of Ecclefechan, Lockerbie and adjacent to Junction 19 A74 (M) is agricultural land and woodland extending to 6.10 acres or thereby. With a guide price of £25,000, the land is being sold on behalf of Transport Scotland.
