Development Monitoring and Project Management

As Project Monitor, we help you to minimise risk when financing projects. We liaise closely with our clients to ensure we understand the critical elements behind their involvement in a project, which allows us to identify the key factors and best plan for their success. 

As independent advisors, our Project Monitor is focussed to ensure that the project meets your needs and aspirations. We provide you with professional, objective and quality advice that we believe is essential in helping you realise your project objectives.

We offer initial assessments, reporting on viability and regular site inspections with periodic progress reports, always keeping the client informed. Our reports can be tailored to the individual lender or client to ensure continuity with their objectives.

In Project management we act as employer’s agent and bring together a design team which can include some of the following, depending on proposal: principal designer/architect; civil and structural engineer; cost consultants; mechanical and electrical engineers; landscaping architects, etc.

We provide advice on the feasibility stage (in relation to the site), through pre-construction (by advising on tendering procedures and contract selection), construction stage (managing the contractor on site)and completion (issuing practical completion and ensuring planning and warrant documents together with the H&S file is in place).
