Description
The subjects comprise a former Scottish Water site incorporating partially bunded
reservoir with a domed concrete roof and associated chambers and sample taps.
The site is located adjacent to a public road, bounded by fencing and accessed via
concrete steps leading to a padlocked and chained gate.
No internal viewings are currently possible.
A live water pipe runs outside of the west boundary. Therefore, the site shall be burdened
by a Pipe Protection Zone and servitude rights in favour of the seller as shown in pink on
the Deed Plan within our particulars.
The site area extends to approximately 0.042 Hectares (0.105 Acres).
Location
Banff is located approximately 50 miles north of Aberdeen and around 35 miles east of
Elgin. The Royal Burgh of Banff is an important administrative service centre for the
western half of Aberdeenshire North.
The subjects are located approx. one mile south-west of the town of Whitehills and
surrounded by farmland and a public road.
