Who
Bethany is a residential surveyor within our Aberdeen office.
That was then
In 2019, Bethany graduated from RGU with a BA (Hons) LLB degree. From there, she attended the University of Aberdeen and completed a Masters in Real Estate. Bethany joined Shepherd’s Graduate Programme in August 2021.
This is now
Bethany achieved her MRICS status in December 2023 and now works in the residential department carrying out inspections and valuations for Home Reports, mortgage lending and Energy Performance Certificates.
Rest and play
Bethany enjoys watching TV series and true crime documentaries. On the weekends you can find her trying new restaurants and attending cocktail bars.
