Who
Born and raised in Fife, Paul is a Partner working from our Kirkcaldy Office.

That was then
Paul graduated in 1997 from the University of Paisley with an Honours Degree in Land Economics and became a Chartered Surveyor in 1998 while working with another national surveying practice in Fife.  Paul was a Valuation Partner with Hardies who then merged with Shepherds in late 2016.

This is now
After becoming a Partner with Shepherds in 2016, Paul continued to be based in Fife and where he has worked since 1997.  He deals with all aspects of residential inspections and valuations for a broad range of clients, including Lenders, Houseowners, Landlords, Letting Agents, Housing Associations and Local Authorities.  He is a RICS Registered Valuer and also an approved Energy Assessor.

Rest and play
Paul lives in Fife and is married with much of his spare time spent with his family.  He is a keen follower of football and also helps out with his son’s team.
