Who
Chris Grinyer is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a managing partner based in our Aberdeen office.

That was then
Having joined the firm in 1993 in the Dundee office, Chris moved to the Aberdeen office in 1995 to head the commercial department. He was promoted to associate in 1996 and became a partner in 2000. He was subsequently appointed to managing partner level within the firm in 2006.

This is now
Chris oversees the north east area of the business with responsibility for the Aberdeen, Montrose, Peterhead, Fraserburgh, Elgin and Inverness offices. In addition, he oversees the firm’s commercial property division in conjunction with another managing partner.

Rest and play
Chris plays golf and football. He is also a cyclist, has an active social life and enjoys family time.
