Dundee-born George Brewster is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a managing partner based in our Edinburgh office.

Having joined the firm in 1983 in the Aberdeen office, he became an associate in 1986 and opened a new office in Dumfries for the firm in 1988. George became a partner in 1990, relocated to become partner in charge of Edinburgh 1992, was appointed to managing partner of the firm in 1996 and senior partner in 2007. He stepped down as senior partner in November 2023 after 16 years successfully managing the Firm through good & bad times.

This is now
George retains responsibility as a managing partner together with managing the firms investments and diversified businesses.

Rest and play
An avid motorsport follower and former competitor (Porsche Carrera Cup), George enjoys golf (a handicap of 15) and plays football a couple of times a week mixed with a game of squash and drinking red wine.
