Who
Originally from Lanarkshire, Graeme is a Management Partner in the firm based mainly in the Ayr office.

After leaving school in Callander, Graeme joined the District Valuer’s Office in 1989 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1994 before joining Shepherd’s Edinburgh office the following year. In 1996 he relocated to open the Ayr Office, becoming a partner in 2004 and Management Partner in 2007.
This is now
Graeme oversees the firm’s offices in southwest Scotland, including the commercial and building surveying disciplines, while actively practicing in the residential department. Other responsibilities include heading up the firm’s audit, quality control, and training programs.
Clients
A wide range of private and corporate clients from the estate agency, legal, banking, and public sectors throughout Ayrshire and the wider west coast region.
Rest and play
Living in Prestwick, Graeme is married with two children, is a keen golfer, and also coaches youth football.
