Who
Aberdeen born, Steven is a residential surveyor within the residential department of our Aberdeen office.
That was then
Steven originally joined Shepherds on an Industrial Placement as part of his university studies however following his graduation from Robert Gordon University in 2015 with an Honours Degree in Building Surveying. He shortly joined our Aberdeen office on a full-time basis and became a member of the Shepherds graduate training programme before achieving MRICS status in June 2018.
This is now
Steven is employed in the residential department, carrying out inspections and valuations of residential property for a variety of purposes, including Home Reports, mortgage lending and Energy Performance Certificates.
Rest and play
Steven is an avid sports fan, often playing football in his spare time. Outwith the office and off the pitch he likes to spend the rest of his time socialising.
