Arlene is a commercial management consultant, operating out the Edinburgh office, providing specialist property management services to a wide range of the firm’s clients.

That was then
Arlene has over 25 years of commercial management experience, and joined Shepherd in December 2014, having previously worked with various national companies in Glasgow, Aberdeen, and Edinburgh. Her experience and specialisms include multi-let office management and strategy; in-town mixed-use schemes; mixed portfolio and retail park asset management. Her clients have included large institutional investors, pension funds, and private property companies.

This is now
Arlene has responsibility for service delivery for her current and new management clients, and to assist in the growth of Shepherd’s commercial property business in Scotland.

Rest and play
Arlene’s social interests include skiing, golf, coaching junior badminton, and exercising the family spaniel.
