Bio

Who
Elliot is a residential chartered surveyor based in our Greenock office.

That was then
Elliot started working for Shepherd in the summer of 2004 before undertaking the property management and valuation course at Glasgow Caledonian University. He graduated in 2008 and, shortly thereafter, started work as a graduate surveyor in our Glasgow office. After becoming a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2010, Elliot started working between the Paisley and Greenock offices before taking charge of the Greenock office in 2011. He was promoted to associate the following year.

As a registered valuer, Elliot carries out surveys and valuations on residential properties within Inverclyde and Argyll & Bute.

Rest and play
Recently married, Elliot now stays in Erskine. In his spare time, he plays tennis and squash and enjoys socialising with friends.
