Who
Liam is an Associate Partner within the commercial department of our Ayrshire offices.
That was then
Liam graduated from Strathclyde University in 2002 with a BSc in Geography and after a period of working with Glasgow City Council returned to Aberdeen University, graduating with an RICS – accredited master’s degree in Property & Business in 2005, and became a fully qualified Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 2008.

Liam has a broad depth of professional experience having worked across the UK and Ireland in positions involving Estates Management, Agency and Professional Services. He has been employed by a number of private organisations including DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) and Graham + Sibbald, before taking up his current role with J & E Shepherd in 2019.
Rest and play
Liam also sits on the Board of Management for Cunninghame Housing Association, a role he has held since February 2018. In his spare time Liam enjoys days out with his wife and three children, and coaching youth football.
