Shepherd secures sale of Duncan & Todd HQ in Aberdeen for £1.75M

Providing a total of 15,400 sq ft of accommodation, comprising of 5,400 sq ft office space and a 10,000 sq ft workshop, as well as a secure concrete yard of 7,150 sq ft, the property is located at Unit 4 Kirkhill Commercial Park, Aberdeen.
