General News
Shepherd Chartered Surveyors is to auction the old walled garden for Blairlogie House, a former hotel that was converted into a home.
The old walled garden is situated adjacent to Blairlogie House. Fronting onto Hillfoots Road, it benefits from close proximity to Stirling and Bridge of Allan. It has a prominent road frontage and offers excellent views of Blairlogie and the Ochils.
The site is generally flat and level and is currently undeveloped. It comprises an acre of woodland and foliage and, as such, may be an attractive development opportunity, subject to the necessary planning consent.
Stewart Gorman of Shepherd’s Central Commercial team said: “This represents a great opportunity to acquire a site in Blairlogie. We are experiencing a good level of interest and are excited to see how this one gets on under the hammer.”
With a guide price of £18,500, the land will be auctioned on 1st September at 2.30 pm. Interested parties should register at: https://www.sdlauctions.co.uk/buy-property/telephone-proxy-internet-bidding/.
