Closing date on sale of St Columba’s Junior School and surrounding grounds in Kilmacolm

Set in the picturesque village of Kilmacolm, St Columba’s is a renowned day school which is commonly known for being one of Scotland’s highest achieving schools. The school’s premises boast prime views of the village green as well as being located near Kilmacolm Tennis and Bowling Clubs.

Following the Board of Governor’s announcement to merge the Junior and Senior Schools together onto one site, Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has been instructed to dispose of three adjoining buildings which include the original ‘Shalott Building’, a single storey building and the ‘Graham Building’ as well as the 2.6-acre site.
