Daniel Smith - Associate

Who
Daniel Smith is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is an Associate within the Edinburgh office.

That was then
Daniel accepted a place at Edinburgh University where he graduated with an honour’s degree in Business Studies, before joining Shepherds as a graduate surveyor in 2017. Since then, Daniel has gained a Masters in Real Estate Management and Development at Herriot Watt University in 2018 and became a qualified member of the RICS in May 2020.

This is now
Daniel works as part of the Commercial Property Management team within the Edinburgh office, looking after a number of multi-let and standalone commercial properties throughout Scotland.

Rest and play
Daniel enjoys a variety of sports, with a particular emphasis on football, playing 5-a-side games a couple times a week. Daniel occasionally attends Tynecastle Park to watch Hearts and enjoys socialising with friends and family.
