Edward Cook - Partner

Who
Originally from Northumberland, Ed moved to Edinburgh in 2001 before moving to East Lothian in 2021.

That was then
Ed studied Architectural History as an undergraduate at Edinburgh University, and completed a real estate postgraduate degree at Heriot Watt University in 2010 before joining Shepherds in 2013. He achieved MRICS status in 2015 and was made an Associate in 2018 before becoming Partner in 2023.

This is now
Ed is a Partner in the firm’s residential department and undertakes a variety of valuation work on behalf of a broad range of clients.

Rest and play
Ed lives in East Lothian with his young family and enjoys golf and football.
