Who
Emily Anderson is a Chartered Surveyor in our Edinburgh Commercial Office, having qualified as a member of the RICS in November 2020.

That was then
Emily studied her undergraduate at Edinburgh University before studying Real Estate Management and Development MSc at Heriot-Watt University in 2017/18.

This is now
Based in the Edinburgh office, Emily became a Partner in 2025 and now leads the Edinburgh, Lothians, and Borders agency team. She is responsible for overseeing the sales, lettings, and acquisitions of commercial properties. Emily also works closely with the lease advisory and valuation team.

Rest and play
Emily is a keen horse rider and was a member of British Eventing throughout her younger years. More recently, she enjoys running and going to the gym. In her spare time, she loves socialising with friends and family and following F1 and horse racing.
