Having joined the Aberdeen office in 2008 after graduating from the University of Aberdeen as a graduate surveyor, James passed his Assessment of Professional Competence in 2011.  He was promoted to Senior Surveyor in 2013, Associate in 2015 and Partner in 2025.

This Is Now
James is based within the commercial agency department and with a focus primarily on the sale, letting and acquisition of industrial property for a variety of national and local clients throughout Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.  In addition to this, He also undertakes rent reviews, lease restructuring and provides strategic advice to clients to maximise their portfolios and return.

Rest And Play
As a dad of two children, James has little free time but when he gets the chance he can normally be found at the gym, the golf course or out socialising.
