Norfolk-born James Richardson is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a partner based within the commercial department of our Aberdeen office.

That was then
Having originally joined the firm in 2000 in the Dundee office, he left to gain experience within other parts of the property sector before returning as an associate in 2008 to head up the commercial valuation and professional services team within the Aberdeen office. He became a partner within the firm in 2012.

This is now
James shares overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the commercial department within Aberdeen and heads the commercial valuation and professional services team within the office.

Rest and play
James enjoys mountain biking and horse riding as well as real ale and red wine.
