Krishan Patel - Partner

Who
Born and raised just outside London, Krishan Patel is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors based in our commercial department covering London and Birmingham.

That Was Then
Having joined Shepherd Property Consultants as a Director in 2023, Krishan became a Partner at Shepherd Chartered Surveyors in 2024 following the merger between the firms. Prior to that, he spent the bulk of his career in the City consulting at number of international organisations.

This Is Now
Taking a seat in the newly established London Mayfair office, Krishan works closely with the three other Partners based in England where together they service a number of multi disciplinary offerings to a varied set of clients. A general practice surveyor by trade, he specialises in commercial property and asset management – where he is responsible for mandates based out of the Birmingham office.

Rest And Play
A family man, Krishan is often found keeping active. His close ties with Luton Town Football club sees him in regular attendance witnessing their rises and falls of over the past 35 years. In the summer Cricket becomes the sporting focus and provides opportunities to socialise with friends, family and clients.
