Over the past 15 years, I have built an extensive career specialising in the Central London residential property market, with a particular focus on valuation advice for high-value and complex residential assets. Throughout my career, I have provided expert valuation services across a broad spectrum of residential property types, including prime and super-prime houses, luxury apartments, development opportunities, investment portfolios and mixed-use assets. My experience spans all aspects of residential valuation, including secured lending, acquisition and disposal advice, tax-related valuations, portfolio assessment, development appraisal and strategic consultancy, delivering robust and well-reasoned advice to a wide range of private, corporate, institutional clients and banking clients.

I have developed particular expertise in the Prime Central London market, advising on some of the capital’s most prestigious and valuable residential properties. My work has involved the valuation of individual high-value assets across key locations including Mayfair, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Kensington, St John’s Wood and Notting Hill, where an in-depth understanding of market dynamics, buyer behaviour and asset-specific characteristics is essential. Combining detailed market knowledge with a rigorous analytical approach, I provide clear, reliable and commercially focused valuation advice that supports informed decision-making in an often complex and highly competitive marketplace.

Michael John is helping to lead the new expanded London operation with a particular focus on the valuation team but also supporting the wider business in relation to business development and client support. Michael John is achieving this through his vast network of contacts within the industry and his knowledge of the markets in which he operates.

Rest And Play
Outside of work, Michael John enjoys maintaining an active and well-rounded lifestyle, balancing time with friends and family alongside a strong passion for sport. As the father of two young children, much of Michael John’s time outside work is spent with his family. From weekends and holidays to the day-to-day activities that come with raising a young family, he enjoys staying involved and making the most of his time at home.

A keen golfer, he takes every opportunity to get out on the course, whether playing socially or taking on a competitive challenge. He is also an enthusiastic follower of a wide range of sports and enjoys attending live sporting events whenever possible.
