DESCRIPTION  The site comprises an area of land which extends to approximately 0.661 hectares (1.632 acre) or thereby which has been measured using online mapping software.  PLANNING The site has development potential for a variety of uses although it would appear to be most suitable for residential purposes.The site currently sites between the settlement boundary and has no specific land use designation. Under the 2017 LDP, we believe the site would fall under Policy P3 - infill and householder developments within settlements. This policy states the planning authority will support development on vacant sites within a settlement boundary as long as the development respects the scale, density and character of its surroundings and will not erode the character or amenity of the surrounding area.
