Who
Born and raised in Largs, Kenneth Behan is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and works out of the Ayr office.

That was then
Having graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with an Honours degree in Property Management and Valuation, Kenneth joined the firm in 2007 and spent the next three years gaining experience in residential surveying. He qualified to full RICS membership status in 2010.

This is now
Kenneth has worked out of the Ayr office since qualification, having previously spent time in the Saltcoats office. He is responsible for carrying out all aspects of residential surveys and valuations within South Ayrshire and is currently in the process of relocating to the area.

Rest and play
Kenneth enjoys an active social life and is looking forward to moving into his first house with his fiance.
