Who
Paisley-born Andrew Neil is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Partner in the Paisley office.
That was then
Having joined the firm as a school leaver in 1999, Andrew has been with Shepherd throughout his career. After obtaining the necessary degree as a day release student at the University of the West of Scotland, Andrew became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2007.
This is now
Andrew is based in the Paisley office and carries out Home Report inspections and mortgage valuations on a daily basis. He has built up strong relationships with local and national estate agents and provides valuation reports to all major lending institutions.
Rest and play
As a football fan, Andrew also enjoys participating and currently holds a position in three-midweek games. Golfing is a newly added pastime, following some well-needed lessons.
