Who
Born and residing in Greenock, Michael is a Partner specialising in Residential Survey and Valuation across the West of Scotland, particularly in the Inverclyde and Argyll & Bute regions.
That Was Then
Having completed an undergraduate in History and Politics in 2014, Michael moved on to a postgraduate course at the University of Glasgow in City Planning and Real Estate Development prior to joining Shepherd in September 2015 as a Graduate Surveyor and became a fully qualified RICS Chartered Valuation Surveyor in November 2017.
This Is Now
Michael has managed the Greenock branch of the business since December 2018 and was promoted to a Partner in the firm in December 2024, undertaking a variety of valuation and survey work for a number of clients.
Rest And Play
The majority of Michael’s free time is spent with his two young daughters and wife, with the limited time thereafter used to play and watch football.
